Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Hyderabad – Transfer to Srisailam (Mallikarjuna)

Upon arrival at Hyderabad Airport or Railway Station, you will be welcomed and transferred by road to Srisailam (Mallikarjuna) in a pre-booked vehicle. The journey takes approximately 5 hours and passes through the scenic Nallamala Forest. Please note that the forest route remains closed between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM. If your arrival in Hyderabad is after 4:00 PM, an overnight stay will be arranged in Hyderabad, and the journey to Srisailam will continue the next morning. .

Day 2 Mallikarjuna Darshan – Return to Hyderabad

After breakfast, proceed for darshan at the sacred Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga Temple, situated at an elevation of over 450 meters. According to legend, Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati came here to pacify their son Kartikeya, who felt hurt after Lord Ganesha was married first. Seek blessings at the temple (open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM), with an option for Sparsh Darshan (subject to availability). Later, visit nearby revered shrines including Bhramaramba Temple and Akka Mahadevi Temple. You may also opt for special ???? rituals such as Rudra Abhishek or Kumkum Archana. Enjoy a traditional Andhra meal before proceeding back to Hyderabad Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. .
