This tour include your pick up and drop from hotel to North Bay via ferry and car transfer up to 5km from Jetty with a travel time of approximately 30–40 minutes.

No. They are optional and paid directly on the island.

Yes. During peak season (October to May), slots for popular activities fill quickly, so pre-booking is strongly advised.
