About Airport:

The Pune International Airport is an International Airport in Pune and Airport has a 2535m long runway. The Pune Airport operates under the Airport Authority of India. The Airport is prepared for contingent emergencies and is equipped with navigational facilities  (DVOR/DME/ NDB)and also with night landing facilities. 
The Pune Airport operates handling the arrivals of both domestic, international flights and also for the 
exports of specified goods. The airport is also used for taking many militerally actions. Pune Airport was certified 
as an international airport for the clearance of passengers and baggage. The airport facilitate the traveleres 
with new parallel taxi track and Airbus A320 aircraft.

The Pune Airport has two terminals.

Terminal 1:
Terminal 1 is used for all domestic flights which run to 10 major cities of India.
Major flight operators from domestic terminals are Air Asia India, Air India, Air India Express, 
Jet Airways, JetKonnect, Indigo, Spice Jet, GoAir and Vistara.

Terminal 2:
Terminal 2 is used for all the international flights which run to Dubai and Frankfurt. 
Major Airlines operates from international terminals are Lufthansa Airlines and Air India Express.

Lohegaon Air Cargo Terminal Pune Airport has been declared as a Customs airport 
The terminal is used for the export of perishable agriculture produce items like flowers, 
fruits, vegetables, and processed food.
