CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS

Booking & Payment:
- Minimum 2 travelers required to confirm booking.
- 30% advance payment is required to block property and start permit process.
- 40% to be paid at least 7 days before the travel date.
- Final 30% to be paid after permit approval, before travel.
- Full payment is mandatory prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation before 30 days: 30% of package cost will be deducted.
- Cancellation between 29 to 7 days: 50% of package cost will be deducted.
- Cancellation within 7 days: No refund.
- Permit/documentation charges are non-refundable once applied.
Permit & Documentation:
- All Indian nationals must obtain a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for Lakshadweep entry.
- Required Documents: PCC, Aadhaar Card Copy, Passport-size Photo.
- Entry permits are subject to approval by Lakshadweep Administration. We cannot be held liable for permit denial or restriction.
Important Travel Notes:
- Flights are not included in the package price.
- Island stays are basic and eco-friendly. Do not expect mainland-style luxury.
- Limited mobile network (Only BSNL and Airtel work in Agatti).
- Island visits and water activities may be altered due to weather, government instructions, or safety reasons.
- If an activity (e.g. Bangaram Island visit) is canceled due to restrictions, alternatives like a glass-bottom boat ride to Kalpitty will be arranged or ?1000 per adult refunded.
Guest Responsibility:
- Any damage to hotel property or local facilities caused by guests must be settled directly.
- Bagpack2go is not liable for additional costs due to flight delays, cancellations, or personal emergencies.

No, flights are not included. You must book your flight to Agatti Island separately. We can guide you with the best flight options.

Yes, PCC is compulsory for all Indian nationals. It can be obtained from your local police station or online.

Q3. Can honeymoon arrangements be added?
Yes! We offer candlelight beach dinner (?3000/couple) and honeymoon cake (?900/kg) as optional add-ons. Must be pre-booked.

Q4. Are water sports included?
Yes, Kayaking & Snorkeling are included. Other activities like Scuba Diving (?3500), Glass Boat Ride (?1500) etc. are optional and can be booked directly on the island.

Q5. What kind of rooms are available?
You can choose from Normal AC Rooms (300–500m from the beach) or Beachside Sea View Resorts, depending on your budget and preference.

Q6. Is the permit guaranteed?
Permits are subject to island capacity and government approval. We will only confirm your booking once availability is verified. Permit usually takes 3–4 working days after documents are submitted.

Q7. What’s the best time to visit?
Best travel season is September to May. Monsoon months (June–August) are not suitable due to rough seas and travel restrictions.
