Ans. Yes, you can request at the time of booking and the price will be calculated in triple sharing basis of package.

Ans. No, this package is not for a solo person but if you want to book this package then the price of the hotel's room
is calculated as single sharing and the price will go up for this package.

Ans. Minimum 2 people are required to book this package.

Ans. Below 12 years can stay with parents free of cost. The kids can stay in the same room with the parents without any additional charges. In case an extra bed is required, that would be on an additional charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS
Booking Procedure :-
1. (Booking Hold Amount) PAY RS.20, 000 or 20 % of the total amount which is higher.
In order to process the booking, we would need Rs.20, 000 / or 20 % of the total amount as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway .For Flight booking we need full payment of flight or in some case we can issue the flights with cancellation charges. Rest amount can be paid within 1-2 days only in that case in which customer buying full package from us.
2. Booking Confirmation Amount: (PAY 30% OF THE REMAINING AMOUNT).
After getting the availability from the hotel / Flights / Transport etc you will be informed via email / Phone, Then you need to make the 30% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-2 days through Net banking, Bank Transfers (Cash) or Cheque in our Bank.
If due to non-availability of hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will give full refund to customer with the applicable interest of bank.
3. Full Balance Amount (30 days before Travel)
Remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the travel. In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail / Phone call.
4. Invoice and Vouchers
Your total Bill Receipt & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 3-10 days before the actual Travel.
IMPORTANT NOTES :-
Ø The rate of exchange prevailing on the day of final payment will apply.
Ø Passport should be valid for up to six months from the date of return.

Ø Baggage allowed is 1 medium sized suitcase and one handbag per person.
Ø All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Ø Rates/itineraries/payment terms as per present RBI regulations and are subject to change without any prior notice.
Ø Above is a tentative proposed itinerary. Final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour programmed.
Ø The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above an alternate hotel will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
